Parking:
          All students and parents arriving for orientation should park in B parking lot and enter through the doors between B-Hall and the gym.

Lunch:
          Free and reduced lunch forms will be available at orientation

School Supply Drive:

          We will be collecting school supplies to help Sister Care of Columbia. Please drop off donated supplies at the schedules table. Donations include, but are not limited to: notebook paper, tissue, pens, pencils, highlighters, notebooks, binders, computer printer paper, jump drives, recordable CDs, rulers, and hand sanitizer. Thanks for your help!!

For Rising Freshmen:

          Freshmen first will be on Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Freshmen who have not picked up their schedules during orientation should look for the large posters around the building indicating where their advisory class is located. We will run an abbreviated class schedule before lunch and a series of information sessions in the afternoon. A bag lunch will be provided.

For Rising Seniors:

          Herff Jones will be present on the first day of orientation to give out cap and gown information.

Dress Code:

          Please remember that the school is a work environment. Shorts and skirts should be fingertip length. Do not wear tank tops, spaghetti straps, strapless or one shoulder tops, low cup tops, or tops that leave any portion of your midriff bare. All shirts must be tucked in and no hats or headgear are permitted.

 

*** The front office personnel are not involved in the orientation process and will not have schedules. The fee personnel will be at an orientation table and NOT in the Main Office. Guidance personnel will be registering new Richland School District Two students.
